摘要
目的研究氯雷他定联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法选取我院2016年4月~2017年1收治的慢性荨麻疹患者中85例,随机分为2组,对照组患者服用氯雷他定治疗,观察组患者服用氯雷他定和复方甘草酸苷治疗,对比治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗4周的总有效率95.24%,对照组为81.40%,两组有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗4周后评分低于对照组患者,且停药随访2个月的复发率2.38%,低于对照组患者的16.28%(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率与对照组对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论氯雷他定联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性荨麻疹安全有效,有助于促进患者临床症状的缓解和消退,预防复发,提高患者的生存质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the efficacy of loratadine combined with glycyrrhizin in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods In our hospital from April 2016 to January 2017 were in patients with chronic urticaria in 85 cases,were ran- domly divided into 2 groups, the control group were treated by loratadine treatment, patients in the observation group took lo- ratadine and glycyrrhizin treatment,treatment effect. Results The total efficiency of 95.24% in the observation group were treated for 4 weeks, the control group was 81.40% , there was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ） ;the pa- tients in the observation group at 4 weeks of symptom score was significantly lower than the control group, and the withdraw- al of 2 months of follow-up the recurrence rate of 2. 38% ,lower than the control group of patients 16.28% （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; ob- servation group of patients with adverse reaction in control group compared with no significant difference between the rate （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Loratadine combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin in the treatment of chronic urticaria is safe and effective, help to alleviate the extinction and promote the clinical symptoms of the patients relapse prevention, improve the quality of life of patients, worthy of promotion.
