刚性和柔性接触网悬挂弓网动态检测参数特征分析 被引量:7

Characteristic Analysis on Rigid and Flexible OCS Suspensions' Pantograph-Catenary Dynamic Inspection Parameters

摘要 采用自主研发的高速综合检测列车接触网检测系统,实测某高铁弓网接触力和接触线高度等动态检测参数,运用时域统计和频域谱分析,研究刚性接触网悬挂系统和柔性接触网悬挂系统的弓网动态运行特性和结构特征。结果表明:柔性悬挂的弓网接触力离散性小,弓网系统运行更为平稳;柔性和刚性悬挂弓网接触力谱和接触线高度谱均存在周期成分,分别与相应悬挂类型的跨距结构、悬挂点间距、吊弦位置相吻合;两种悬挂类型,波长3m以上弓网接触力谱峰和接触线高度谱峰均一一对应,弓网接触力和接触线高度存在较高的相关性。并对两种悬挂共存的接触网线路提出养护维修建议。 An independently-developed OCS inspection system of high-speed integrated inspection train was employed to measure dynamic inspection parameters such as pantograph-catenary contact force and contact wire height of a high-speed railway and the pantograph-catenary dynamic operating characteristics and structural characteristics of rigid and flexible OCS suspension systems were studied by means of time domain statistics and frequency domain spectrum analysis. The results demonstrate that the flexible suspension has pantographcatenary contact force with small discreteness and the pantograph-catenary system operates more stably; for both the flexible and rigid suspensions, the pantograph-catenary contact force spectrum and contact wire height spectrum have period components which are respectively in conformity with the span structure, suspension point spacing, dropper location of the corresponding suspension type; for the two types of suspension, the pantographcatenary contact force spectrum peak and contact wire height spectrum peak with a wave length of more than 3 m correspond one by one, and the pantograph-catenary contact force highly correlates with contact wire height. In addition, maintenance advices were put forth for OCS circuits shared by the two types of suspension.
