摘要
目的 观测豚鼠在噪声暴露后不同时间内盐酸山莨菪碱 (6 5 4 - 2 )防治组和损伤组的耳蜗外侧壁血流 (CBF)的变化 ,探讨噪声暴露后CBF的变化趋势以及 6 5 4 - 2在噪声暴露中对CBF的影响。方法 把豚鼠分成对照组、损伤组与 6 5 4 - 2防治组 ,在噪声暴露后不同时期 ,用激光多普勒血流计监测CBF的变化。结果 在噪声暴露后第 15小时 ,各组CBF均明显降低 ,以后逐渐恢复。至第 3天始 ,6 5 4 - 2防治组的CBF已基本恢复 ,而损伤组CBF于第 7天才基本恢复。结论 6 5 4 - 2可改善豚鼠的CBF 。
Objective To observe the changes of cochlear blood flow(CBF) in guinea-pigs between 654-2 prevention treatment groups and the damaged groups in different times after noise exposure.The changing trend of CBF and the effect of 654-2 on the CBF after noise exposure were discussed.Methods Guinea-pigs were distributed into three groups:contorl group,damage group,and prevention-treatment group(654-2 group).The Laser-Doppler blood meter was applied to observe the change of CBF in differnet periods after noise exposure.Results The CBF of each group reduced obviously on the 15th hour after noise exposure.Afterwards,they recovered gradually.The CBF of 654-2 group recovered primarily on the third day after noise exposure.While,the CBF of the damage group didn't recover until the seventh day.Conclusion 654-2 can improve the CBF of cochlear,can prevent and treat noise-induced hearing damage in certain degree.
