在线功率检测技术在屏蔽门百万次测试系统中的应用

摘要 在屏蔽门系统样机百万次测试过程中,测试周期约为4~10个月,不间断测试运行,需要花费较大的人力和物力,利用了在线检测技术,使用采集功率芯片,通过无线Wi Fi模块,将数据发送到网络服务器。通过功率数据分析,判断出系统摩擦力变化值,方便用户实时监测屏蔽门系统运行状态,方便了测试,节省了人力和物力。 In the million times testing process of platform screen door system, the testing cycle is about four to ten months of uninterrupted test run, will take more manpower and materials. The paper has applied the on-line power detection technology, used a IC of the power detection, with the wireless module in order to send the data to Web server. Based on the analysis of power detection, .judged the changes of friction force, which is convenient for monitoring the running state, and convenient for testing and saves manpower and material resources.
