燃煤电厂氨逃逸分析仪数据异常的分析与探讨 被引量:4

摘要 根据国家"十三五"能源规划,实施煤电节能减排升级改造行动计划,燃煤机组正进行"超低排放"改造。NOx浓度的降低,脱硝效率的提高,增加了氨逃逸浓度,给机组运行带来隐患,因此氨逃逸的在线监测显得尤为重要。选取了1台1000 MW燃煤机组的HORIBA-ENDA-600ZG氨逃逸在线分析仪数据异常案例,进行了氨逃逸比对测试和除尘器中飞灰的氨含量分析,结合空预器运行历史参数,探讨了氨逃逸分析仪数据异常的原因,并提出了改进措施,对电厂实现精细喷氨及脱硝设备运行和管理有一定的指导意义。 According to the national 13 th Five-Year energy planning,the plans of energy saving and emission reduction are being implemented and the coal-fired units are being reformed for ultra-low emissions. The decrease of NOx concentration results in the increase of denitrification efficiency and ammonia slip concentration,which brings about hidden danger for the coal-fired units. It is important for us to use ammonia escape on-line monitoring. In this paper,the abnormal ammonia escape online analyzer data were selected from a modified SCR denitration export of the 1 000 MW coal-fired unit( HORIBA-ENDA-600ZG). Ammonia removal ratio test and ammonia content analysis of fly ash in dust collector were carried out. The reasons of abnormal ammonia escape analyzer data were analyzed and discussed according to the operation history parameters of air preheater. We put forward the improvement measures. It is significance for realizing the operation and management of the fine spray ammonia and denitrification equipment in the power plant.
