高校财务人员敬业度调查研究——以某部属S高校为例 被引量:1

摘要 文章针对高校财务人员的现状和特点,对西安8所高校进行实际问卷调查得出高校财务人员敬业度评价指标,最后以西安某高校为例具体分析财务人员敬业度情况,并提出提高财务人员敬业度的策略。 In the present paper, based on the actualities and characteristics of universities' financial personnel, actual questionnaire survey of 8 universities in Xi'an is employed to get the engagement evaluation index of financial personnel. Finally, the article takes an university for example to analyze the actual engagement of financial personnel in detail, and puts forward the strategy for the improvement of financial personnel engagement.
