摘要
科学技术进步引起了世界范围内的快速变化,因而需要高校毕业生掌握能够完成具体的工作相对应的知识和技能。因此,重新设计以成果为导向的教学模式成为各级学校的考虑。文章介绍了4点,即成果导向教育原理;成果导向教育的优点;成果导向教育的评价体系、教师和学生在成果导向教育体系中的重要性。越来越多的高校以学生为中心,对本科生和研究生进行必要的知识和技能的教育。此外,成果导向教育体系为现代教育提供了一整套方法,使学生符合职业的需求。
The progress of science and technology has caused a rapid change in the world, so it is necessary for college graduates to master the corresponding knowledge and skills for completing specific work. Therefore, redesign of outcome based teaching mode becomes the schools at all levels needs to consider. This paper introduces 4 points, namely outcome based education principle, the advantages of outcome based education, outcome based education evaluation system, the importance of teachers and students in outcome based education system. More and more college students are taken as education center, the necessary knowledge and skills for undergraduate and graduate education are given. In addition, outcome based education system provides a set of methods for modern education to make students to meet the demand on profession.
