摘要
误差分析在测量系统设计中非常重要,它可帮助设计者保障精度,提供系统调试改进依据。借助误差分析理论,设计实现了一个小信号等精度数字频率计;介绍了系统构成和对应误差;分析了误差来源、降低误差的原理和实现方式。设计方案可测量10 kHz^100 MHz小信号,且测量误差小于10^(-4)。本文对频率测量系统的设计实现具有一定的参考价值。
Error analysis is very important in the design of the measurement system, which can help the designer to ensure the accuracy and to improve and debug in system building. In this paper, the error analysis helps to achieve the design of a small signal precision digital frequency meter. This paper introduces the system composition and the error evaluated, then gradually analyzes the cause of error, the principle to reduce the error and how to realize it. The design can measure 10 kHz ~ 100 MHz small signal, and the measurement error is less than 10-4.The design and implementation of the frequency measurement system has certain reference value.
