摘要
2011年成立了上海市第一个家庭医生工作室，之后全国各地包括上海的很多地方都成立了各式各样的家庭医生工作室。家庭医生工作室已经成为推进家庭医生制服务的重要形式与载体，但是家庭医生工作室的建设缺少统一的、完善的评价标准和机制。为适应社区卫生服务改革，亟需规范家庭医生工作室建设和家庭医生制服务，以促进社区卫生服务及家庭医生制度改革深入发展。2012年至今，上海市长宁区在周家桥街道社区卫生服务中心模式的基础上，不断探索实践深化家庭医生工作室运行机制，规范家庭医生工作室的管理与服务模式，推进家庭医生工作室的品牌建设，逐渐形成了有长宁特色的家庭医生工作室服务模式和运行机制，本文就家庭医生工作室的建设、发展与完善进行了总结与阐述。
The first family doctor studio was established at 2011 in Shanghai, afterwards a wide variety of family doctor studios were set up over the country. Family doctor studio has been become a significant form and carrier to promote the family doctor service. However, there are still lacks of unified standards and perfect mechanisms for its operation and evaluation. To adapt the reform of community health service, it is urgent to standardize the family doctor studio, to promote the development of the community health service and the reform of the family doctor system. Based on Zhoujiaqiao mode, Changning District has kept exploring the operation mechanism, standardizing the management and service mode, and promoting brand building of the family doctor studio since 2012. The service mode and operation mechanism of family doctor studio with Changning characteristics has gradually formed. This article summarizes the construction, development and improvement of the family doctor studio.
