军医大学生实习期间动机强度变化

摘要 目的:了解医学生实习期间动机发展情况,为医学院校提升实习教学质量提供依据。方法:以军医大学生为例,应用自编问卷调查某军医大学学员实习不同时期实习动机、实习过程中的积极性、对所在医院的评价等的变化。结果:(1)实习前期、中期、后期的动机强度有统计学差异(F=14.179,P<0.001),SNK检验中期(2.16)和后期(2.21)低于前期(2.38);(2)实习后期复习、总结、提问的比例均低于中期(t=12.425,5.930,8.586;P<0.001);(3)实习后期对医院整体医疗风气、教学风气、实习生学习风气的评价均高于实习中期(t=46.733,48.683,46.808;P<0.001)。结论:军医大学生实习中后期动机退化,军医大学生实习动机与其对实习医院教学工作的评价无关。 Objective:To find out the development status of motivation intensity of medical undergraduates in practice period and offer gists for medical universities to advance practice teaching quality.Methods:Taking Military Medical Undergraduates for example,we surveyed on undergraduates in some Military Medical University about their practice motivations,enthusiasm and the appraisals of the hospitals in different practice period through self-made questionnaires.Results:(1) Their practice motivations in prophase,metaphase and anaphase showed statistical significance(F=14.179,P〈0.001),and SNK test showed those in metaphase(2.16)and anaphase(2.21)was lower than that in prophase(2.38).(2)The percentages of reviewing,concluding and asking questions were all lower in anaphase than those in metaphase(t=12.425,5.930,8.586;P〈0.001).(3)The appraisals of hospitals’ medical culture,teaching culture and the interns’ learning culture were all higher in anaphase than those in metaphase(t=46.733,48.683,46.808;P〈0.001).Conclusion:Motivation of military medical undergraduates degenerates in metaphase and anaphase of practice period and has no relations with the appraisals of practice hospitals’ teaching work.
