摘要
通过吊臂焊接过程进行了数值模拟分析,获得了焊后变形量,并对吊臂两侧面变形进行了试验验证。依据模拟变形趋势,设计了工艺支撑,并采用试验验证了工艺支撑控制变形的效果。结果表明,吊臂整体变形趋势为向内收缩,峰值位于自由端面焊缝位置处,其值为2.532 mm。模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好,满足工程应用要求,从而验证所建立的有限元模型的正确性。工艺支撑设计成简易的双螺旋结构,增加工艺支撑后,焊接变形控制效果在25%以上。
Through numerical simulation analysis of the boom welding process,the welding deformation was obtained and verified. Based on the simulated deformation,the support was designed,and its effect on deformation was verified by experiments. The results show that the deformation trend of the boom shows the inwards contraction. Peak value of 2. 532 mm appears at the free end of weld seam. Simulation results are in good agreement with experimental results,which can meet the requirements of engineering application. It proves accuracy of simulation results. The support is designed in a simple double helix. Welding deformation decreases and is more than 25% with the process support.
