摘要
电子商务和快递行业的发展给人们生活带来便利的同时,也产生了如何处理快递包装的问题。调查发现,过度包装和重复利用率低是其中最突出的难题,而这些难题并不仅仅是消费者个人选择造成的,主要是各个环节的制度缺失的结果。过度包装问题的产生主要是由于缺乏对包装和运输等进行规范性约束,而快递包装生产的标准化制度、对消费者的约束和激励机制、完整的回收渠道、技术的创新等方面的缺失是造成快递包装难以重复利用的主要原因。
The development of e-commerce and express industry brings convenience to people＇s lives. At the same time,the problem of how to deal with express packaging becomes an issue. The survey found that excessive packaging and low reutilization rate are the most prominent problems. These problems are not just caused by the individual choice of consumers,the main reason is the lack of the system. The problem of excessive packaging is mainly due to the lack of normative restriction on packaging and transportation constraints,and courier packaging production standardization system the incentive and constraint mechanism on consumers,the complete recovery channels,lack of technology innovation and other aspects are the main reasons that make it difficult to reuse express package.
