摘要
介绍了铝电解的基本含义,阐述了铝电解多功能机组的作为一种专用桥式起重机的作用、使用环境和主要功能设置。介绍了物料流动的一般规律,并着重介绍了影响料仓设计的关键因素,通过料仓理论分析了料仓设计的方法。针对机组下料系统功能,首先进行了下料系统前提条件的分析和推算,然后进行了料仓主体设计的过程计算,最后对料仓下料口进行了设计和验证。
In this paper, the function, using environment and main functions of the pot tending machine ( PTM) as a special bridge crane are described. The general law of material flow is introduced, and the key factors that influence the design of hopper are introduced, then through the material flow theory, the design method of the hopper is analyzed. According to the design requirements of the hopper of the feed-ing system, firstly, the author analyzed and calculated the technical parameters and conditions of the ma_ terial feeding system, then the design of the main structure of the hopper is calculated, f inally, the design and verification of the location and size of the outlet of the hopper are carried out.
