摘要 信访维稳工作是中国特色国有企业做好经营管理的重要内容之一,面对新形势下信访维稳工作的新挑战,立足矛盾产生发展发生的过程,研究预防化解处置的制度方法,总结了企业大力构建"严格的领导责任体系、严密的预警预防体系、畅通的诉求反映机制、创新的协调化解机制、完善的应急处置体系"五大机制体系,在大型国有骨干企业信访维稳工作实践中取得了显著成效,为企业持续健康发展营造了和谐稳定环境。 Petition and stability maintaining work is one of the important contents for state-owned enterprises with Chinese characteristics to do well in operation and management. Faced with new challenges in petition and stability maintaining work in new situation, the article, based on the process of the contradiction occurrence and development, studies the institutional measures for prevention, resolution and disposal of the contradiction, and concludes with the five systems the enterprises should strive to build up for petition and stability maintaining as follows: "strict leadership responsibility system, tight alert and prevention system, smooth appeal reflection system, innovative coordination and resolution system and perfect emergency disposal system'', which have acquired remarkable achievements in petition and stability maintaining work in large-scale state-owned backbone enterprises, creating a harmonious and stable environment for enterprise sustainable and healthy development.
