摘要
长期以来,腐败已经成为世界各国面临的普遍难题。由于官员腐败常常伴随着个人及家庭成员物质财富不正常的迅速变化,公开官员的财产状况、收入来源及其匹配程度,使之接受社会公众监督,在一定程度上能够对官员的贪污受贿行为起到威慑或遏制作用,从而进一步达到监督官员和预防腐败之目的。而尽快构建国家顶层设计的官员财产公示制度,将其以法典形式固定下来且彻底地贯彻实施,则是今后一段时间我国反腐工作的一项重要内容。
For a long time, corruption has been a universal and difficult problem. It is obvious that official corruption usually becomes worse along with abnormal increase of official individual property and other related family members＇ wealth, therefore, the aim of supervising officials and preventing corruption could be realized by releasing officials＇ property status, their source of income and income-match criteria. In this way, officials could be supervised by the public and in some degree it could have a deterrent effect on officials＇ corruption behaviors. For China＇s government, one of the most important missions in the near future is to create official property publication system as soon as possible, making it law and implementing it thoroughly.
