摘要
目的了解中国公立医院价值观变迁的历程、驱动力和趋势。方法采用文化变迁理论剖析公立医院价值观变迁的阶段,应用文化范式理论对公立医院价值观进行阶段性归纳和前瞻。结果公立医院价值观变迁经历以道德为先到以经济利益为先的过程,并将进入以质量为先的价值观范式阶段。结论公立医院价值观变迁对于整个社会产生着潜在的影响,对其理论认识有助于进行价值观管理实践干预。
Objective To understand the course,drive and trends of public hospital value in China.Methods Using cultural change theory to analyze the change process of public hospital value,to conclude and foresee hospital value change stage by culture paradigm theory. Results Public hospital value change has gone through from ＂Moral First＂to ＂Benefit First＂and will enter into value paradigm of ＂Quality First＂. Conclusion Public hospital value change influenced the whole society hugely. Theory cognitive of value change will contribute to practice prevention of value management.
