摘要
目的了解深圳市市售茶叶中有机磷农药残留状况,为政府有关部门制定农药监管防治对策提供科学依据。方法 2011—2015年随机抽取深圳市市售茶叶454份,按有关食品卫生检验方法对15种有机磷农药进行检测。结果 454份茶叶有机磷农药超标率为6.61%,红茶超标率最高,不同茶叶的有机磷农药残留超标率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=13.129,P<0.05)。在7种禁用农药中检出5种,分别是甲基对硫磷、灭线磷、对硫磷、氯唑磷和久效磷,其中甲基对硫磷超标率最高,达5.07%。15种农药残留检测中,除甲拌磷、甲胺磷、乙酰甲胺磷、乙拌磷和乐果残留量低于检出线,其余农药均有检出,其中毒死蜱检出率最高,检出率为40.39%。2份茶叶同时检出多种农药的情况。农贸市场有机磷农药残留量超标率最高,不同采样场所茶叶有机磷农药残留的超标率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=26.061,P<0.05)。结论深圳市市售茶叶中有机磷农药残留超标较严重,存在非法使用国家禁用和限用农药、多种农药联用等现象,建议加强开展科学合理使用农药的宣传,从源头上杜绝高毒、剧毒农药的生产销售和使用,并进一步加强销售环节中农药残留监管的力度。
[Objective] To understand the situation of organophosphorus pesticides residues in commercially available tea in Shenzhen City,provide scientific basis for the relevant government departments to formulate pesticide regulation and control measures.[Methods]454 tea samples were randomly collected in Shenzhen City from 2011-2015,and 15 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides residues were detected according to the methods of food hygienic inspection.[Results]The exceeding standard rate of organophosphorus pesticide in 454 tea samples was 6.61%,and the exceeding standard rate in black tea was the highest.There was statistically significant difference in the exceeding standard rate of organophosphorus pesticides residues among different kinds of tea(χ^2=13.129,P〈0.05). Among seven kinds of banned pesticide,five kinds of pesticide residues were found,including parathion methyl,ethoprophos,parathion,isazofos and monocrotophos,and the exceeding standard rate of parathion methyl was the highest(5.07%). Except the pesticide residues of phorate,methamidophos,acephate,disulfoton and dimethoate were lower the lowest detection limit,the residues of other pesticides were detectable,and the detection rate of chlorpyrifos was the highest(40.39%). Multiple pesticides residues were detected in two samples of tea. The exceeding standard rates of organophosphorus pesticide residues in samples from farm product market was the highest,and there was statistically significant difference in the exceeding standard rate of organophosphorus pesticides residues among different sampling sites(χ^2=26.061,P〈0.05).[Conclusion]The exceeding standard rates of organophosphorus pesticide residues in commercially available tea are high in Shenzhen City,and there exists illegal use of some organophosphorus pesticides which are banned and restricted by government,and the combined use of pesticides. It is necessary to carry out publicity about scientific and rational use of pesticides,control the production,sale and use of highly toxic
