摘要
为了加固桥梁上部承重构件,改善桥梁承载能力,利用预应力CFRP板加固法,对汾灌高速新沭河大桥进行CFRP板加固设计,对施工工艺流程进行分析,并对施工准备、锚具安装、加固部位涂刷底胶、张拉与粘贴预应力CFRP板的具体方法以及表面防护等作出详细说明,以期为类似加固工程设计与施工提供借鉴与参考。
In order to reinforce the upper supporting member of the bridge and improve the bearing capacity of the bridge, the method of reinforcement with prestressed CFRP sheets was carried out on the new Shuhe river bridge of the Fenguan expressway. Analysis of the construction process was conducted, and preparations for the construction, installation of the anchorage, applying primer to the reinforced parts, specific method of stretching and pasting prestressed CFRP sheets and surface protection were expounded so as to provide reference for similar reinforcement design and construction.
