摘要
文章认为针对"狭义"和"广义"两种不同的"泛清真化"现象,应分辨其不同的社会危害,采取不同的防治措施。对于前者,国家反对一切形式的宗教极端主义,应综合运用多种手段预防、遏制和消除极端化,预防和惩治极端主义犯罪活动;针对后者,政府有关部门、宗教界、有关企事业单位应通力合作,做好清真标识的认证、监管工作,让"上帝的归上帝,凯撒的归凯撒",在尊重少数民族生活方式的基础上防止清真概念的不当扩大。
The phenomena of Halal generalization in China can be divided into two categories:narrow sense and broad sense.In view of the different senses of Halal Generalization,different preventive measures should be taken on the basis of distinguishing their harms.To curb Halal generalization in the narrow sense,we should oppose all forms of religious extremism,take various means to prevent,contain and eliminate extremism,prevent and punish extremist crimes.To stem Halal Generalization in the broad sense,the government departments,religious circles,relevant enterprises and institutions should work together to effectively certificate halal identification and supervise so as to'pay to Caesar what belongs to Caesar--and God what belongs to God',and prevent the improper expansion of halal concept on the basis of respecting lifestyle of ethnic minorities.
