摘要
广西"五彩田园"特色农业示范区建设给当前农村综合改革以及新型城镇化提供了新思路与新方向,尤其给欠发达地区的农业现代化提供了借鉴与经验。本文重点讨论了广西"五彩田园"特色农业示范区的农村土地制度、农业经营体系、农业支持体系、基层运转制度以及政府体制机制创新五个方面,总结了各方面的主要经验和做法。
Construction of Guangxi＇s ＂Wucai Rural＂ has provided the new mentality and the new direction for the current rural comprehensive reform as well as the new urbanization, has provided the reference and the experience for the agricultural modernization in the underdeveloped area.This paper focuses on characteristic agriculture demonstration area of ＂Wucai Rural＂,with the five aspects of the rural land system, the agricultural management system, the agricultural support system, the basic level operation system and the government system innovation, and summarizes the main experience and practice in all aspects.
