摘要
对于高校教师队伍来说,辅导员是尤为重要的组成部分,担负着学校赋予的使命以及大学生成长成才的需要,是开展思想政治教育工作的重要力量。辅导员的工作既是一门艺术,也是一门科学,具有一定的实践性和理论性,需具备较好的政治素养、业务素养和道德素养。根据时代发展的新要求、大学生成长成才的新特点,辅导员在工作中会遇到不同的问题和挑战,针对高校辅导员工作的特点,提出了几点自己在实践工作中的心得。
For the teaching staff in colleges and universities, counselors are an important part, and they are the important power to conduct ideological and political education work. The work of counselors is an art as well as a science. It needs better political attainment, professional attainment and moral attainment. According to the new requirements of the era development, the new features of college student growth, and the different problems and challenges in the work, it proposes some understanding in the practice work aiming at the features of college counselors.
