输电线路岩石嵌固基础选型及施工技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着输电线路杆塔荷载等级的提高,山区岩石嵌固基础型式从浅埋无配筋坛子型逐渐向有配筋坛子型、直柱扩底掏挖型转变,提出了三种不同型式岩石嵌固基础的适用范围。针对典型强风化软岩地质,开展了不同埋深岩石嵌固基础的现场真型试验,从材料本体用量与施工便利性角度探讨了其经济性。立足设计角度,提出了岩石嵌固基础基坑开挖尽量采用人工开挖与风镐掏挖相结合,原则上不用松动爆破,在岩石强度与交通条件允许时可选用旋挖钻机;施工时基坑坑壁不必特意保持光滑,但坑低扩头直径与高度应严格按照设计进行。 With the increase of tower load in transmission line, the three different types of rock embeded tbundation are put forward, including shallow jar shape with no main reinforcement bar, deep jar shape with main reinforcement bar and extra-deep digged shape. The scope of application to rock embeded foundation is concluded. In view of the typical strong weathered soft rock geology, the field tests of different deep rock embeded foundation have been finished. Based on the material body content and construction convenience, the economical efficiency of rock embeded foundation is discussed. Considering rock embeded foundation bearing capacity from design, the foundation pit should be hand-excavated, combining with the hammer.In principle the loose blasting are not allowed. Rotary drilling rig can be selected to rock strength and traffic conditions permitting. The foundation pit do not have to deliberately maintain smooth, but the pit expanding bottom diameter and height should be carried out stricly accordance with the design. The research concludtion will be valuable for the widely application of rock embeded foundation in transmission line engineering
