摘要
目前,在奶牛乳腺的发育与泌乳过程中mi RNA调控作用机制研究尚不明确,为进一步发掘乳腺发育与泌乳调控中关键的功能mi RNA并揭示其调节作用分子机制。本研究利用q RT-PCR方法分析了mi R-148b在不同乳品质奶牛乳腺组织中的表达,分析数据表明mi R-148b在高乳品质奶牛乳腺组织中的表达显著高于低乳品质组,结果与小RNA测序分析相符,证明mi R-148b在高乳品质奶牛乳腺组织中的表达存在差异。本研究及其结果将为我国牛奶产量的提升、乳品质量的优化以提供重要的理论指导,为在mi RNA水平上泌乳生物学的研究提供新的思路。
At present, mi RNA in the mammary gland development and lactation in the study of regulation mechanism is still not clear, as the key to further explore the function of mi RNA in the regulation of mammary gland development and lactation and reveal the molecular mechanisms of action. In this study, q RT-PCR method is used to analyze the expression of mi R-148 b in different milk quality of dairy cow mammary tissues, analysis of the data show that the expression of mi R-148 b in breast tissue in the high milk quality of dairy cows were significantly higher than the low milk quality group, and the results are consistent with the analysis of small RNA sequencing,to prove the existence of differences in expression of mi R-148 b in breast tissue in the high milk quality of dairy cows. This study and its results will provide important theoretical guidance for the improvement of milk production and the optimization of dairy quality in China, and provide new ideas for the study of lactation biology at the mi RNA level.
