摘要
在基础工程、水利工程、道路及桥梁工程中,大体积混凝土常常被提及,温度裂缝对混凝土结构安全及耐久性造成危害,所以,对大体积混凝土的研究就成为工程建设领域重点课题。通过对大体积混凝土工程施工案例的分析,选择恰当的水泥品种、外加剂、掺合料、集料,进行混凝土配合比设计、验证,结合混凝土施工工艺和养护制度的控制,能够有效降低混凝土内外温差,预防大体积混凝土温度裂缝的发生。
In the works of foundation,water conservancy,road and bridge,mass concrete is often mentioned.Temperature cracks undermine the safety and durability of concrete structure,and hence the study of mass concrete has become a major subject in the field of engineering construction. Inside and outside temperature difference could be effectively reduced and temperature difference in mass concrete could be prevented by analyzing the construction cases of mass concrete work,choosing proper concrete,additive,admixture and aggregates,and carry out concrete mix proportion design and verification,in combination with the control of concrete technology and curing system.
