摘要
目的:探究临床护理路径在剖宫产产妇护理中的应用效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2016年2月-2017年2月收治的剖宫产产妇86例,随机将其分为试验组和对照组,各43例。给予对照组产妇常规护理,试验组产妇应用临床护理路径。比较两组产妇抑郁焦虑评分,新生儿的Apgar评分及产妇手术后的疼痛感。结果:试验组剖宫产产妇术后的疼痛感评分低于对照组,新生儿的Apgar评分和护理满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在剖宫产产妇的围手术期应用临床护理路径,可以有效缓解术后的疼痛感,新生儿也更加健康,产妇对于该护理方式满意度较高,可优化妊娠结果。
Objective：To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in maternity care of cesarean section.Method：86 cases of cesarean section were collected from February 2016 to February 2017,and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the clinical nursing path was applied in the experimental group.The scores of depression and anxiety in the two groups were compared,the Apgar score of the newborn and the pain after maternal surgery were compared.Result：The score of pain in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the Apgar score and nursing satisfaction of the neonates in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In the perioperative period of cesarean section maternal using clinical nursing pathway,can effectively relieve postoperative pain,promote neonate more healthy,maternal satisfaction for the care higher,optimize the pregnancy results.
