摘要
文章对国内外森林资源监管制度建设与发展现状,我国国有林场在该领域所取得的主要成绩和存在的主要问题进行了客观分析。在此基础上,提出了建立健全国有林场森林资源监管制度的一些建议,旨在为我国国有林场改革顺利实施,确保国有林场森林资源不再受到破坏,国有森林资源总量不流失等提供参考。
This paper analyzed the current situation of forest resource supervision system at home and abroad,as well as the main achievements and critical problems of forest resources supervision system in state-owned forest farm in China. On this basis,some suggestions were put forward to establish and improve the forest resources supervision system of state-owned forest farm, aiming at providing reference for the smooth implementation of state-owned forest farm reform, ensuring that the state-owned forest resources would not be destroyed and the state-owned assets would not be lost.
