GOLPH3在胶质瘤中的研究进展

摘要 胶质瘤起源于神经胶质细胞,是最常见的颅内原发性肿瘤,其高发病率、高复发率及低治愈率一直困扰着广大临床医师。高尔基体磷蛋白3(GOLPH3)是定位于反式高尔基体面上的一类基质蛋白,参与高尔基体对蛋白加工、运输等一系列生物学活动。作为一种新型癌基因,其在多种实体肿瘤,如胶质瘤中存在异常高表达,并通过一些信号通路或特定的蛋白调节胶质瘤细胞的生长与凋亡。随着国内外研究者对GOLPH3在胶质瘤生长过程中作用机制的不断探索,GOLPH3有望成为治疗胶质瘤的新靶点。 Glioma originated in glial cells is the most common intracranial primary tumor.Its high incidence,high recurrence rate and low cure rate have been plaguing the majority of clinicians.Golgi phosphoprotein 3(GOLPH3) is a kind of membrane protein located on the trans-Golgi network,which participates in a series of biological activities of Golgi apparatus such as protein processing and transportation.As a novel oncogene,it is highly expressed in a variety of solid tumors such as glioma and regulates the growth and apoptosis of glioma cells through a number of signaling pathways or specific proteins.GOLPH3 is expected to be a new target for the treatment of glioma with the deepening of the mechanisms of GOLPH3 in glioma growth by the domestic and foreign researchers.
