摘要
随着我国经济的不断发展,高校的建设和发展速度也在不断地加快,项目工程的投资主体表现出一种多元化和多样化的趋势。其中工程竣工结算是高校项目工程建设的一个重要环节。与项目工程的成本和施工质量都有着直接的关系。在高校自审项目工程竣工结算过程中,要根据工程的实际情况,采用最为合适的审核方式。因此,主要通过分析高校自审项目工程竣工结算审核中常见的问题,探讨工程竣工结算过程中造价审核的方法,旨在为我国高校自审项目工程竣工结算造价审核提供参考。
