乳腺癌外科治疗的现状与挑战 被引量：4

摘要 随着对乳腺癌生物学特性的认识深入及精准医学的发展,乳腺癌治疗模式已进入基于分子检测的个体化综合治疗时代。外科治疗仍是乳腺癌综合治疗的重要组成部分,从＂最大可耐受治疗＂转变为＂最小有效治疗＂的理念,＂有效、微创、美观＂成为当前乳腺癌外科治疗的三个目标。越来越多的临床实践证明扩大的乳腺癌手术并不能带来生存获益,＂保乳、保腋窝＂是现代外科医师努力的方向。从100多年前的扩大根治术逐渐过渡到改良根治术、
