摘要
反应釜在进行物料化学反应过程中,对釜中温度的控制精度要求非常高。只有采用先进的自动化控制技术对反应釜中的加热温度进行自动控制,通过在反应釜中安装温度、物位等检测仪表,结合PLC自动控制系统来调节蒸汽管道上气动调节阀门的开度,能实现反应釜中加热温度的自动控制。
In the process of chemical reaction in reaction kettle, the temperature control accuracy requirement in the kettle was very high. Automatic control of heating temperature in reaction kettle could be realized by adding temperature, material level instrument in reaction kettles, and combined with PLC automatic control system to adjust the pneumatic control valve opening on the steam pipe.
