摘要
随着社会发展与竞争加剧,高职学校产生了高职"心理问题学生"。这个群体主要表现为学习效率低下、人际交往不顺、自我认知不正确和择业心理存在误区等问题。究其原因,主要包括社会、高职学校、家庭和高职学生自身等四个方面。在此基础上,针对这四个方面分别提出了改善高职"心理问题学生"的策略。
With the development of society and intensified competition,＂ students with psychological problems＂ appear in higher vocational colleges.This group mainly shows such problems as low efficiency of learning,improper interpersonal communication,incorrect self cognition and misunderstanding of the psychology of choosing a job.The reasons include the following four aspects： society,higher vocational college,family and higher vocational college students themselves.On this basis,aiming at these four aspects,the strategies for improving the students with psychological problems in higher vocational colleges are put forward respectively.
