结合天津工业大学教师公寓项目成功应用铝合金模板快拆体系的案例,根据铝合金模板定型化的特点,在铝合金模板前期设计阶段,针对工程实际情况,深化设计配模图纸。详细介绍将部分构造柱与一次结构整浇,一次结构墙交界部位抹角处理等铝合金模板应用技术,有效地提高了施工质量和工期,降低了项目成本。
Based on the characteristics of aluminum alloy template quick release system, the paper puts forward the design of the model with the actual situation of the aluminum alloy template in the early stage of the design of the aluminum alloy template. Details will be part of the structural column and a structure of the whole pouring, a structural wall at the junction of the disposal of aluminum alloy template application technology.
