摘要
澳大利亚中小学反校园欺凌政策是澳大利亚政府为了遏制与破解中小学普遍存在的校园欺凌难题,通过国家指导、专家测评等途径,促使全国中小学根据自身情况制定的治理措施与方案。该政策实施后取得了良好的效果,中小学校园欺凌事件发生频次明显降低。该成效的取得得益于政府的立法指导、专家学者的跟踪测评、各校政策的具体规范实施等。但是,其反校园欺凌政策仍然存在一些问题与不足,比如部分学校忽视了与家长的交流、反欺凌职责分工不合理等。
In order to curb and dissolve the General bullying problems in middle and primary schools, the Australian Government established anti-bullying policy through guidelines and experts evaluation, prompting national middle and primary school formulated measures and policy according to their own situation. This policy achieved good results after it was implemented, the school bullying incident frequency was decreased. The results achieved thanks to the Government's legislative guidance, experts tracking evaluation and the detailed specifications for the implementation of the policy of schools. However, there are still some problems and shortcomings on anti-bullying policy, such as some schools ignored the parents Exchange duties and anti- bullying segregation of duties is not reasonable.
