摘要
2017年4月,中央宣布在河北省设立雄安新区。作为继20世纪八九十年代的深圳经济特区和上海浦东新区之后又一具有全国意义的新区,雄安新区设立伊始,就被赋予了"千年大计、国家大事"的历史性定位,是继规划建设北京城市副中心后京津冀协同发展的又一战略选择。将雄安新区与深圳经济特区和上海浦东新区进行全方位比较,系统总结二者的成功经验,梳理出有助于后起者借鉴的启示,具有重要的现实意义。
In April 2017,the central government announced the establishment of Xiongan New District in Hebei province.As another special administrative region,after Shenzhen and Pudong Special Administrative Regions in 1980 sand 1990s,and at the beginning of the establishment of Xiongan New District,it has been given the historic position of＂Millennium Plan,State Affair,＂and is another strategic option following the planning and construction of sub-center of Beijing.It has importantly realistic meaning to compare Xiongan New District with Shenzhen and Pudoug Special Administrative Regions fully,summerize the experiences of two Regions,and sort out the reference for Xiongan New District.
