摘要
丙烷脱氢制丙烯工艺在丙烯生产中正扮演越来越重要的角色。本文介绍了目前丙烷脱氢制丙烯催化剂的研究进展,着重介绍了丙烷脱氢催化剂的失活机理,对近年来丙烷脱氢制丙烯铬系催化剂的载体的选择、助剂的添加对催化剂活性和稳定性的影响以及丙烷脱氢制丙烯的制备工艺做了总结,并对未来催化剂的发展做出了展望。
Propane dehydrogenation to propylene(PDP) process is playing an increasingly important role in the production of propylene.In this paper,the progress of propane dehydrogenation to propylene catalysts was introduced with the emphasis on the deactivation mechanism of catalysts,and the studies in near years on the effects of supports and additives on the activity and stability of catalysts and the PDP processes were summarized.The future development of catalyst was also discussed.
