摘要
结合宁西矿区的概况及其煤质特征,阐述了矿区煤炭洗选加工的必要性。结合主要矿井煤炭资源的煤质特征和产品用户,探讨了煤炭洗选加工工艺的工艺确定原则、入洗上下限及相应的选煤方法,确定了最终产品结构及适用于该矿区建设选煤厂的洗选加工原则,推荐150mm^13mm块煤采用重介浅槽分选、末煤不洗选和快开压滤机回收细煤泥的洗选工艺。
Combining with the general circumstances of Ningxi mining area and the coal quality characteristics, the necessity of coal washing processing of mining area was demonstrated. Combining with the coal quality characteristics of coal resources and product user for main pit, the process determination principle of coal washing processing was discussed, as well as the feeding upper and lower limits and the relative coal preparation method, the final structure of the product was determined, the coal washing processing principles which was suitable for constructing the coal washing plant was determined as well, it was suggested that the technologies like dense medium shallow tank clean, no washing of slack coal, using quick open filter press to recover the fine slime should be used for 150 mm-13 mm lump coal.
