摘要 通过正态分布检验、适用范围、方法原理、仪器设备、样品要求、试验条件、检出限、方法精密度、不同检测方法检测结果均值一致性检验等多方面对煤炭常规分析中灰分、挥发分、碳、氢、氮检测时使用的不同检测方法进行等效性评价,从而为煤炭常规分析能力验证统计评价时是否需要对不同检测方法分别进行统计分析提供理论依据。对于不同的检测方法可通过正态分布检验、适用范围、方法原理、仪器设备、样品要求、试验条件、检出限、方法精密度、不同检测方法检测结果均值一致性检验等多方面比较来评价方法的等效性。灰分、挥发分检测所使用的GB/T 212、GB/T 30732以及DL/T 1030该3种检测方法在技术上等效,因此在煤炭常规分析能力验证计划统计分析中无需区分不同方法来评价参加者的灰分和挥发分的检测结果。碳、氢、氮检测所使用的GB/T 30733、DL/T 568以及GB/T 476该3种检测方法在技术上等效,故在煤炭常规分析能力验证计划统计分析中无需区分不同方法来评价参加者的碳、氢、氮检测结果。 From aspects such as normal distribution test, scope of application, method principle, equipment, sample requirements, test conditions, detection limit, method precision and average value consistency test of results of different testing methods, the equivalence evaluations of using different methods for coal conventional analyses like ash content, volatile matter, carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen were done, so that the principle basis of whether the statistical analysis on different testing method respectively was needed in the ability verification statistical evaluation of coal conventional analysis, was provided. For different testing methods, the equivalence of detection methods could be evaluated through aspects such as normal distribution test, scope of application, method principle, equipment, sample requirements, test conditions, detection limit, method precision and average value consistency test of results of different testing methods. The three testing methods for ash content and volatile matter from GINT 212, GB/T 30732 and DL/T 1030 respectively are equivalent technologically, therefore, in the statistical analysis of ability verification plan of coal conventional analysis, the distinguishing of different testing methods is not needed, when we want to evaluate the testing results of ash content and volatile matter from participants. The three testing methods for carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen from GlYT 30733, DL/T 568 and GB/T 476 respectively are equivalent technologically, therefore, the distinguishing of different testing methods is not needed, when we want to evaluate the testing results of carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen from participants.
