摘要
依据当前"5GEO+6IGSO+3MEO"星座配置下的北斗卫星导航系统(BDS),结合民航非精密进近(NPA)的应用需求,提出适合BDS定位、导航和授时(PNT)服务层的性能评估指标体系及关系模型,给出BDS关键PNT性能指标的评估方法。通过首都国际机场BDS实测数据的整理分析,对精度、完好性、连续性以及可用性等PNT性能指标进行了定量评估。
Based on the current "5GEO+6IGSO+3MEO" constellation configuration of Beidou Navigation Satellite System(BDS), combined with the requirements for Non-Precision Approach (NPA) of civil aviation, this paper proposed Positioning, Navigation and Timing(PNT) performance evaluation indicators framework and relationship model for BDS, and the key indicators are also given to evaluate the PNT performance of BDS. Through the collation and analysis of the truthful data of BDS in Beijing capital international airport, the quantitative evaluation of PNT performance indicators, such as accuracy, integrity, continuity and availability, is carried out.
