摘要
服务人民群众是中国共产党的立党之本,基层党组织作为服务群众的一线组织,是党建工作的重要内容。财经管理不仅承担着筹集、分配资金以及资金的核算、监督任务,还服务于广大师生员工,对于高校持续稳定发展有深远影响。本研究探索基层服务型党组织的创建对提升高校财经管理水平的作用,及创建服务型基层党组织的有效途径,以期推动学校中心工作和党建工作的有效结合,增强基层党组织的服务意识、服务功能,改进服务作风、提高服务能力,最终实现更好地服务全校师生的目标。
