摘要
本文以某连续梁桥为工程背景,从施工过程安全控制、线形控制及施工参数敏感性分析3个方面阐述了大跨度连续梁桥的施工控制方法.通过分析及研究可知,混凝土容重及温度为主梁线形的敏感性因素,在施工过程中应控制梁体重量,且在温度稳定时间段进行线形监测.基于本文所述的控制方法,依托工程主梁线形控制良好,能够满足规范及设计要求,相应的研究成果对同类桥梁的施工控制具有一定的借鉴意义.
Based on the engineering background of a continuous beam bridge, the construction method of long-span continuous bridges is analysed in three aspects, the safety control during construction, the linear control and the sensitivity analysis of construction parameters. The concrete density and temperature are the sensitive factors of main beam geometry through analysis and research. The beam body weight should be controlled during construction, and the linear monitoring is performed in time-temperature stability. Based on the control method described and relied on the good control of the main beam of the project, it can meet the specifications and design of requirements. The results of research have some reference significance for the construction control of similar bridges.
