摘要
首先介绍了变压器油中溶解气体故障诊断方法的原理,并结合一起110 kV变压器油色谱异常故障的实例介绍了其具体操作方法。在故障发现、原因分析中综合利用特征气体变化情况、三比值法等油色谱分析手段和电压比、绕组变形等诊断性试验方法及直流电阻、绝缘电阻、介损等常规例行试验方法,分析了故障原因,提出了相应的处理措施和建议。
In this paper,the principle of dissolved gas method in transformer oil fault diagnosis is introduced firstly,and an actual example of 110 kV transformer oil chromatogram abnormal faults is introduced.The three-ratio method of oil chromatography analysis means and diagnostic test methods are applied to fault detection.Then the causes of the failure and corresponding treatment are introduced.
