摘要
目的:探讨在乳腺癌手术治疗过程给予患者舒适护理的临床效果。方法:选取医院收治的72例乳腺癌患者,随机分成观察组(36例)与对照组(36例)。对照组采取常规护理的方法,观察组则使用舒适护理,观察并比较两组患者护理前后心理状态变化情况以及患者术后并发症发生情况。结果:在护理后观察组患者心理状态改善程度要明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者出现2例(5.56%)并发症,明显比对照组术后9例(25.00%)的并发症发生率要低(P<0.05)。结论:在乳腺癌患者使用手术治疗过程,加入舒适护理模式,能够有效改善患者的心理症状,同时减少患者术后并发症发生率。
Objective：To explore the clinical effect of nursing care for patients with breast cancer surgery. Methods： to select 72 cases of breast cancer, randomly divided into observation group（36 cases） and control group（36 cases）. In the control group, the routine nursing method was adopted, and the observation group used the comfort nursing to observe and compare the mental state changes of the two groups and the postoperative complications of the patients. Results： the improvement of mental state of patients after nursing was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. 2 cases（5.56%） of complications were observed, and the incidence of complications was significantly lower（P〈0.05） than that of 9 patients（25.00%） after the control group. Conclusion： surgical treatment of breast cancer patients can effectively improve patients＇ psychological symptoms and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
