摘要
目的:探讨多层螺旋CT后处理技术VR和MPR在肋骨骨折中的应用。方法:对32例肋骨骨折患者进行薄层扫描后经工作站后处理重建,32例均应用容积重建(VR)、多层面重建(MPR)等技术重建出满意的三维和二维图像。结果:VR显示肋骨骨折106根,MPR显示肋骨骨折148根。结论:多层螺旋CT后处理技术容积重建(VR)和多层面重建(MPR)相结合能全面、多角度地观察肋骨骨折,对肋骨骨折的诊断具有很重要的意义。
Objective:Discussing the application of multi-slice CT post-processing technique VR and MPR in rib fracture. Methods:For all 32 patients with rib fracture, rebuilding satisfactory 3 D and 2 D imagines by postprocessing technique, Volume rendering(VR) and multi planar reconstrucition(MPR), via workstation after thin slice scan. Results:VR showed 106 fractured ribs, MPR showed 148 fractured ribs. Conclusion:The combination of multi-slice spiral CT post-processing techniques, Volume rendering(VR) and multi planar reconstrucition(MPR) helps the comprehensive and multi-perspective observation of rib fracture, is of great significance to the diagnosis of rib fracture.
