摘要
以培养大学生创新能力为目标,构建了"学生助研活动+科技创新竞赛+实践教学改革"互动模式人才培养方案。这三者相辅相成、共同提高,形成一种立体化的人才培养模式,切实提高大学生的实践能力、创新和创业能力。
In order to cultivate college students＇ innovative ability,the interactive mode of talent training program about student research assistant activity,technology innovation competition and practical teaching reform is established.All of the three aspects supplement each other,improve together,which constructs a three-dimensional personnel training mode and improves the practical and innovative ability of the college students.
