摘要
本文以TiCl_3溶液作为前驱体,采用水热法制备金红石相纳米二氧化钛颗粒,通过正交试验分别考察TiCl_3浓度、水热温度和反应时间对制备纳米二氧化钛的影响,结果表明在TiCl_3与水按1∶5体积比、120℃、反应48 h条件下可以得到较纯金红石相纳米二氧化钛材料,TEM观察表明制备的二氧化钛为条棒状材料,尺寸大约为70 nm×40 nm纳米颗粒。
Nano-TiO2 has been used in quite many areas for its excellent property.In this paper,the TiCl3 solution was directly treated by hydrothermal method to prepare rutile nano-TiO2.The influence of concentration of TiCl3 solution,reaction temperature and experiment time on TiO2 crystalline phase,morphology and size of TiO2 were discussed in detail.These Powders were characterized by XRD and TEM;and ultimately "120℃、VTiCl3∶VH2O(1∶5) and 48 h" was chosen as the optimized preparation conditons of nano TiO2 powders.The analysis test results showed that nano TiO2 particles prepared under such experiment conditions was pure rutile phase,uniform dispersion,rode-like particles with about 70×40 nm size nanocrystalline.
