以2,3-二氯亚苄基乙酰乙酸甲酯和3-氨基巴豆酸氰乙酯为起始原料,经过环化、水解和酯交换反应得到丁酸氯维地平,工艺具有原料易得、反应步骤少、收率高等特点。
