“产学创用”:应用型语言服务人才培养机制研究

摘要 宁波与中东欧国家16+1合作,急需具有国际视野、语言能力与行业能力的应用型语言服务人才。研究立足16+1合作,依托应用型本科院校,在人才培养路径、培养模式以及评估模式几个方面,探索应用型语言服务人才培养机制。文章提出构建"产学创用"人才培养机制、无缝混合式人才培养模式、产业导向——创用促成式评估模式,以期培养符合宁波与中东欧国家合作需求的应用型语言服务人才。 Applied language service talents with global vision, language capacity and professional capacity, are needed for serving the cooperation between Ningbo and the Central and Eastern European countries. The paper attempted to explore the mechanism for training applied language service talents from the following three aspects: the training mechanism, training model and training evaluation. The author proposed a training mechanism oriented at industry, learning, application and innovation, a seamless and blended training model, and an evaluation model which is industry orientated and innovation and application promoted. Hopefully more applied language service talents could be trained to serve the cooperation of Ningbo and the Central and Eastern European countries.
