摘要
2014年首都医科大学与其附属卫生学校试点开办"护理专门人才一体化培养实验班"以来,其他职业学校也陆续转型开始贯通培养的教育。职业教育的重大改革,生源学习层次的不同、学习阶段的区别,也对教学提出了挑战。如何借助德育课这块阵地对未来社会的职业人进行职业素养的培养,值得思考和探析。
In 2014, Capital Medical University piloted "training class of nursing expertise in integration" , other vocational school also has started such education through culture in transition. Facing major reforms of vocational education, students learn different levels and stages of the difference, thus presenting a challenge also for teaching. How to hold this position of moral education course on vocational literacy training of professionals of the future society is worthy of consideration and analysis.
