摘要
随着社会的发展,人口老龄化问题已成为当今社会的一大难题,如何有效解决国家的老龄化现象迫在眉睫[1]。养老服务与管理专业作为朝阳产业,迎来良好的发展势头,但是由于前期经验匮乏以及各个地区态度不一,导致养老服务的发展并没有预想中成功。为应对社会对养老专业人才的需求,规划建立老年服务与管理专业"孵化—培训—研究"综合平台,利用平台支持,在真实的工作环境下开展教学与培训,孵化人才,进行产业研究咨询,以培养适应未来社会发展的专业人才和团队。
With the development of society, the ageing of population has been a major problem of the socie- ty, how to solve the problem of the ageing problem effectively is imminent. As the sunrise industry, pension services and management has a good momentum of development. However, due to lack of early experience and different regions have different attitudes, the development of pension services hasn＇t got the expect success. In order to cope with the social demand for nursing professionals, our school is planning to build integrated platform of hatching- training-research for elderly services and management, then it can launch teaching and training in real environ- ment, as well as industry research and consulting, so to cultivate professional talents and team to adapt to the future social development.
