摘要
通过对激光频率、扫描速度以及脉冲宽度进行单因素分析试验,研究了各工艺参数对熔道成型尺寸影响规律。进而研究了Ni60粉末选区激光熔化成形微结构金属的工艺方法。结果表明:不同工艺参数对熔道成型尺寸的影响不同。优化的工艺参数制备出的成型件较好。
By carrying out single factor analysis on laser frequency, scanning speed and pulse width, the influence rules of different process parameters on the forming size of melt were studied. The process mehtods forrming micro metal structures of Ni60 powder by selective laser melting were studied. The results show that the effects of different process parameters on the forming size of melt are different. The forming part prepared by optimized process parameters is better.
